Ceylon - Where creating a board game is the game

Ceylon is a game that asks the question, what if creating a board game is the game.

With tiles that can be placed anywhere on the map and a gameplay mechanic that urges stealing land and resources. Ceylon has a lot in common with it's name sake. 

Originally though the concept was to introduce cultural and religious architecture. Gameplay is more of a free for all to hoard resources.
